DWC Posts Recent Enforcement Actions against HCPs
The Division’s list of health care providers restricted in the workers’ compensation system has been updated as of April 13, 2015. The list includes enforcement actions against health care providers that involve practice restrictions; doctors removed or suspended from the DWC Designated Doctor’s List; and health care providers that have been removed or denied access to the former Approved Doctors List.
