As the next step in continuing its 70-year legacy of providing best-regarded legal services to its clients and all workers’ compensation stakeholders, Flahive, Ogden and Latson announced this week that Roy Leatherberry, Paul Stone, and Kevin 
Poteete have become shareholders of the firm. We congratulate each of them, with the assurance they will take on their new responsibilities of maintaining Flahive, Ogden and Latson as the preeminent workers’ compensation firm in Texas.
Flahive, Ogden & Latson has been in existence since 1947. The entire firm specializes in a single line of practice – workers’ compensation defense. We represent more than 125 insurance companies, 25 self-insured employers, and 2800 governmental entities. The firm offers workers’ compensation defense services in every aspect of Texas workers’ compensation law.
