Poteete have become shareholders of the firm. We congratulate each of them, with the assurance they will take on their new responsibilities of maintaining Flahive, Ogden and Latson as the preeminent workers’ compensation firm in Texas.
Flahive, Ogden & Latson has been in existence since 1947. The entire firm specializes in a single line of practice – workers’ compensation defense. We represent more than 125 insurance companies, 25 self-insured employers, and 2800 governmental entities.
