CMS to Host MSP and Certain Civil Money Penalties Informational Webinar on January 18, 2024
CMS will be hosting a webinar for Responsible Reporting Entities (RREs) for Non-Group Health Plans (NGHP)(including workers’ compensation).
Subject matter: Certain Civil Money Penalties Final Rule.
The scheduled date for the NGHP webinar is Thursday, January 18, 2024 at 1:00 PM EST.
CMS will provide log in information prior to the scheduled date. RREs are encouraged to submit questions in advance to the dedicated resource mailbox at Sec111CMP@cms.hhs.gov . Although an individualized response will not be issued, CMS will utilize these emails to guide the webinar presentation and future outreach materials.
