Claire A. Smith

Claire Smith joined FOL in June of 2023. She mainly handles administrative matters. Prior to FOL, Claire represented injured employees in the workers comp system. Claire also served as an attorney for the Small Business Administration during COVID. Claire attended law school at her beloved City University of New York in Queens. Claire’s undergraduate alma mater is the University of Texas at Austin, from which she graduated cum laude. She presently volunteers with the Trans Legal Aid Clinic of Texas.
