Austin Field Office Re-Locating

Effective October 20, 2017, the Austin Field Office of the Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers’ Compensation will close at its current location. The field office will re-open for business at the new location on October 23, 2017 to assist injured employees and other workers’ compensation system participants in the fourteen counties of Bastrop, Blanco, Burleson, Burnet, Caldwell, Fayette, Gonzales, Hays, Lavaca, Lee, Llano, Milam, Travis and Williamson.

Injured employees should call the Division of Workers’ Compensation at 1-800-252-7031 or Office of Injured Employee counsel at 1-866-393-6432 for assistance with their workers’ compensation claim.

All correspondence and faxes relating to claims, including official actions, letters of clarification and forms, should be submitted as usual.
