DWC Proposes Amendments to 28 TAC §148.17

The Division of Workers’ Compensation has proposed amendments to 28 Texas Administrative Code §147.17, Special Provisions for Sanctions, that will retitle the rule to apply to all sanctions and make changes to requirements for seeking judicial review.
