FOL Names New Shareholder
FOL Management is pleased to welcome Chuck Finch as the firm’s newest shareholder.
Chuck has practiced with the firm since 1993, and has been Board Certified in Workers’ Compensation by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since that specialization was first offered by TBLS in 2004. A native Texan, he earned his B.S. from Trinity University in 1988 and his J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 1991.
Following law school, Chuck served as a Briefing Attorney for the Texas Court of Appeals, 3rd District (1992–1993).
He lives in Austin with his wife and three children. His personal interests include vinyl records, live music, outdoor activities like camping and fishing, and supporting University of Texas athletics.
In addition to his active DWC docket, Chuck handles our significant air ambulance and stop-loss litigation, and much of the firm’s SOAH work. As a member of FOL’s management team, he will lead our district court, court of appeals and Supreme Court practice, among many other duties.
