IAIABC Podcast on Presumption Claims Features Flahive Attorney

“Accidentally” is a monthly podcast offered by the  International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions and hosted by IAIABC Executive Director Jennifer Wolf. “Accidentally” shares insights, ideas, and information on workers’ compensation issues with a national perspective. These podcasts discuss industry innovations, ask compelling questions, and look forward to the future of workers’ compensation.

Recently, Ms. Wolf invited Flahive lawyer Bobby Stokes, to join her on the podcast to discuss the topic All About Presumptions. Jennifer and Bobby discuss the role presumptions play in workers’ compensation, including their role in causation and the costs and benefits for stakeholders. They also dig into how presumptions may be related to Covid-19 claims.
