Important Practice Tips – Timely Filing of Documents with TDI-DWC
We know many of you currently send certain forms to FOL for filing with TDI-DWC, including: PLN-1, PLN-4 (to dispute LIBs), PLN-11, PLN-12, PLN-14, DWC-07, DWC-32, DWC-42, DWC-45, and DWC-51.
FOL is happy to assist with these filings. However, as a reminder, we cannot accept filings after 3:00p.m. CST. Any filings received after 3:00p.m. CST will not be filed until the next business day.
To help ensure your filings are timely, you may file these forms directly with TDI-DWC at your convenience using either of these two quick methods:

- Fax the form directly to TDI-DWC at (512) 490-1059.
- Upload via SFTP through the TDI-DWC TXCOMP system. Visit tdi.texas.gov/wc, select “Online Access Request,” and quickly set up an account for secure file transfer.

By filing directly, you can control the timing, confirm receipt immediately, and update your claim file without delay.
