Meet FOL’s Newest Attorney

FOL is very pleased to announce that Nancy H. Ippolito has returned to the firm.

Nancy was born in Fredericksburg, Texas, did her undergraduate work at UT-Austin, and went to law school out of state. She has been licensed in Texas since 1998, and is Board Certified in Workers’ Compensation by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Nancy was with FOL from 2003-2019. She worked for the Office of General Counsel as an Assistant General Counsel and Litigation Manager for the Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers’ Compensation from May 2019 until earlier this year.  After a brief stint representing WC insurance carriers with a small firm in Austin, she has returned to FOL. We are very excited to have Nancy, and her wealth of experience in Texas workers’ comp, back at FOL.
