Proposed Revisions to EDI Forms 01, 02, and 03
The Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers’ Compensation announced September 1, 2016 that it is accepting comments on minor revisions to DWC EDI-01 – EDI Trading Partner Profile, DWC EDI-02 – Insurance Carrier or Trading Partner Medical Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Profile, and DWC EDI-03 – Medical EDI Compliance Coordinator and Trading Partner Notification. The revised forms are available at http://www.tdi.texas.gov/wc/rules/drafts.html.
The revised forms were posted to the TDI-DWC website on September 1, 2016, and the comment period closes on September 15, 2016, at 5 p.m. Central time. The revised forms are not formal rule proposals and comments received will not be treated as formal public comments for the purposes of the Administrative Procedure Act. Informal comments may be submitted by email to InformalRuleComments@tdi.texas.gov or by regular mail to the Division.
