The 88th Legislature’s regular session runs from January 10, 2023 to May 29, 2023. On Monday, November 14th, the bill pre-filing period began for the 88th Texas Legislature. Legislators and legislators-elect can file legislation from November 14^th until March 10, 2023, the bill filing deadline.
