We have also provided Austin Representative services for clients with each of those three state agencies since 1969. Our practice emphasizes workers’ compensation defense throughout the State of Texas. The majority of the attorneys in the firm have been designated as Board-Certified Specialists in Texas Workers’ Compensation Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, many dating back to the inception of that board certification specialty by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 2004.
FOL insurance carrier clients include six of the largest workers’ compensation insurance groups in Texas, and two of the largest governmental entity risk pools. We also represent a large number of mid-size as well as small carriers, many third party administrators, three self-insured groups, thirty-four certified self-insurers, and hundreds of governmental self-insureds.
